Ingredients

    2lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(may be frozen)
    3 cans diced tomatoes, variety your choice
    Oregano and basil to taste
    Other seasonings as you choose

Directions

Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker. Pour 3 cans of diced tomatoes on top. Add Basil and Oregano and stir. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Shred chicken with forks and cook om high uncovered until the desired amount of liquid is left. Serve over pasta or rice of your choice. (Pasta and/or rice not included in nutritional information.)
