    10 oz Beef sirloin
    1/2 Cub Wild Rice
    1/2 Onions chopped
    2 stalks Celery chopped
    1 Can Hunt's All Natural diced tomatos - no salt added,
    1 can Giorgio, Mushroom pieces and stems, no salt added drained
    2 Cups, approx. 3 servings baby carrots
    1 14.5 oz. Can Beef Broth - Swanson 50% Less Sodium
    1 14.5 oz. Can Broth-Swanson Beef 99% Fat Free


Chop onions and celery, trim meat and cut into small pieces, add carrots, mushrooms, and tomatoes to broth in slow cooker on high for about 5 hours. about 2 hours before serving, add wild rice.
