Ingredients

    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/8 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)

    1 tablespoon light margarine
    1 teaspoon olive oil

    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    3 ounces lime juice

Directions

Mix together salt, black and cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and parsley in a bowl. Sprinkle it on both sides of chicken breasts.

Heat light margarine and olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Sprinkle remaining garlic powder and pour lime juice evenly once chicken is golden brown. Cover the pan for another five minutes (or until chicken reaches 160 degrees), stirring as needed.
