Ingredients

    1 block tofu, cut into 16 slices
    1 packet McCormick Buffalo sauce
    2 TB water


Directions

press tofu.
cut into 16 even slices.
mix powder with water to make a marinade
coat tofu and marinade for approx. 1 hour to 12 hours
bake at 375 for 30 min. flipping once.
Serve with ranch dressing.
