Ingredients

2 tbsp EVOO
2 onions, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 fresh pizza dough
salt & pepper
1 cup low fat sour cream
1.25 cup shredded italian style cheese blend
3/4 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1 tsp thyme leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Place a large skillet over medium heat with EVOO, add Onions to pan and gently cook, stirring occasionally, Until soft and deep golden brown - about 25 minutes
Stir in garlic during last 8-10 minutes
While onions are cooking, stretch pizza crust to pan size
Roll a crust, prick all over with a fork, brush with EVOO, and place in oven - bake until set and light golden brown - about 15 minutes
When onions are ready, stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper
Spread over pre-baked crust, sprinkle with cheeses and thyme and return to oven
Bake until top is golden brown and cheese is bubbly, about 10 minutes
Serving Size: cut into 8 slices
