-
Shrimp, raw, 4 oz
Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
Low fat cream cheese, 2 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Pepper, black, dash
Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, 1 tbsp
shiritaki - yam noodle (white) 7 oz

Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Olive Oil Spray
Tips
I had plenty of sauce and could have used more noodles as these noodles are 0 calories.
Directions
My goal was to create a low cal dish that is tasty and more that just you basic taste. SO here it is.
Immediately take the noodles and start rinsing under water for a least 5 minutes. Take raw shrimp, remove shell and veins (slight pain for me). Take noodles after rinsing and let dry in paper towels. In a non-stick pan, spray pan with plenty of olive oil and get real hot, then add the shrimp. Spice shrimp with some garlic powder and red pepper if desired. In a separate pan, combine milk, cream cheese, 1 tbsp of Parmesan cheese and butter over low heat. Wisk together and add some garlic powder, black and red pepper (if desire). Once shrimp is done (don't overcook), place noodle with the shrimp and give a toss. Take the sauce off the low heat (keep a close eye on it) and add to shrimp and noodle. Give a quick toss, serve on a plate with the other tbsp of Parmesan on top. That's it! Enjoy.
