    1 cup rice
    1 tbls olive oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 pork chops, trimmed
    1/2 cup diced ham
    1/2 cup frozen peas
    3 tbls soy sauce


cook rice according to direction without butter and salt. Cook eggs, breaking up with fork; set aside. Cook pork and ham in same skillet in 1 tbls oil. add cooked rice, peas and soy sauce. Stir until well blended. add in eggs.
