    ronzoni spaghetti
    i jar ragu light tomato basil
    1lb ground turkey white meat
    1 egg
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1tbsp oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1tsp grill seasoning


preheat oven to 425
spary a tray with nonstick spray and set aside
cook spaghetti as directed
combine: turkey, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, and seasoning.
make your meat balls about an inch and a half in diameter.
place them on your tray cook for 15 min
in a sauce pan: bring your ragu to med high heat.
when your meat balls are done put them in the sauce to coat.

    this sounds delicious but I usually let the meatballs cook longer in the oven at least 35-40 minutes, then again I use a lower setting of 350 - 1/26/10
