Ingredients

4oz - Pork Sirloin Steaks
14 1/2oz - Tomato Sauce
14 1/2oz - Diced Tomatoes In Juice
1/4 cup - Finely Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese
1 1/4 cup - Mild Finely Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
1/4tsp - Parsley Flakes
1/4tsp - Crushed Red Pepper
1/4tsp - Sweet Basil Leaves
1tsp - Pure Ground Black Pepper
1tsp - Garlic Powder
1tsp - Onion Powder
Tips
Can always use low sodium tomotoes or fresh tomatoes to lower the sodium. Also can use reduced low fat shredded cheeses.
Directions
Take the pork steaks put them into a glass dish and season with the pepper, onion powder & garlic powder then stick in the oven and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until half way cooked.
While the pork steaks are cooking mix into a bowl the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, curshed red pepper, parsley flakes, sweet basil leaves, garlic powder & onion powder amd set aside.
When the pork steaks are just about done pour the mix overtop of them and continue to bake till done. Then about 5 minutes before you are ready to remove the pork steaks from the oven sprinkle the shredded cheese over and bake until cheese is melted.
