Introduction




Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    2 20 packages of ground turkey, 1 93% lean 1 85% lean.
    1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
    1 tbsp worcesteshire sauce
    1 tsp Garlic Salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 a box (4oz) Panko Parmesan Herb bread crumbs
    4 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
    1 package of brown gravy mix (makes 2 cups)

Tips

This goes great with mashed potatoes.


Directions

Mix together the Turkey, onion, red pepper, mustard, garlic salt, eggs, worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs. Make into 28 2oz meatballs.
In a large frying pan heat 4tbsp them add the meatballs. Turn often to avoid burning and cook threw. In a separate pan make the gravy.
Remove the meatballs from the pan, add the gravy and serve 4 meatballs per serving.
