Ingredients

    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cups, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cups, chopped
    Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1/2 C
    Plain Lowfat Yogurt, 1/4 cup
    Cider Vinegar, 2 T
    Celery seed, 1/2 t
    Salt, 1/2 t
    Pepper, black, 1/4 t
    Fuji Apples, fresh, 1 large, unpeeled, cored, quartered and thinly sliced
    Flat Leaf Fresh Parsley, 2 T

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Combine the green and red cabbage; set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the Miracle whip, yogurt, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Add the apple. Pour over the cabbage and toss gently until coated. Cover and chill 1 hour or longer. Sprinkle with parslsey to serve.
