Ingredients

    2 chicken stock cubes
    1 tsp dried mixed herbs
    3 small to medium potatos
    1 medium leek
    1 medium zuchinni
    1 cup broccoli
    200g pumpkin (butternut)
    1.5 cups cabbage
    1 400g can chick peas
    1 litre water

Tips

MOre water may have to be added while cooking. The less liquid left when cooked the thicker the soup will be.


Directions

chop vegetables roughly and add to pot with water, herbs and stock cubes, cooked until potatoes begin to fall apart when stirred. Blend until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: serves 2 adults & 2 children easily
