Introduction

Ingredients

    1 white onion, chopped
    1 can of black beans, undrained
    1 can of kidney beans, undrained
    1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained (regular or Mexican)
    1 lb of extra lean ground beef
    1 box of Gluten Free Beef Broth
    1 pkg of Gluten Free Taco seasoning OR mix your own spices

Tips

Top with sour cream, cheese, fresh chopped onions, cilantro and/or your favorite taco toppings.


Directions

Brown the ground beef with onion for about 5-7 minutes. Add spices or taco seasoning. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for 20-30 minutes.
