    1 can petite diced tomatoes
    1 onion
    garlic
    herbs
    2 cups elbow macaroni
    64 0z. tomato or vegetable juice (organic, low sodium)

Directions

brown meat in lg pot, add other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Can also add garlic, onions, and herbs to taste.
