Oops I forgot to stop at the market on the way home. This pasta dish is made from things I found in the pantry and fridge. It's quick, easy and healthful. Ingredients

Olive Oil
Onion- diced
Shallots-chopped
Garlic-minced
Black Olives-sliced
Chick Peas
Tomato Paste
Diced Canned Tomatoes
Oregano-1/2 tsp dried
Basil-1 Tbsp dried
Whole Wheat Spaghetti-cooked
Parmesan Cheese-optional
Directions
Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat, add onions, shallots, garlic, black olives, and chick peas, saute for 5 minutes. Meanehile cook pasta as directed on package.
To vegetables in shillet add and mix in tomato paste, then add diced tomatoes. Simmer on low un-covered for 10 minute.
Drain pasta and add to skillet mixing all ingredients. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (optional). Serve hot makes 3 servings.
