Introduction

Ingredients

    220 Grams Onion Diced
    2 Cloves crushed garlic
    2 grams Basil leaves ( Dried or Fresh )
    2 Grams Chilli ( Dried or Fresh )
    110 Grams Red/Green Capsicum diced
    2 cups chicken stock
    525 grams freshly chopped tomatoes
    1 Kilo Chicken Breast fillets minced in a food processor

Tips

You can add ANY extra vegies you like e.g mushrooms, zuchini, baby spinach, peas, beans.Also add more chilli if you like it spicey.


Directions

Trim all visible fat from chicken breasts then mince them in a food processor. Put all other ingredients in a large fry pan and cook till all vegies are soft, then add minced chicken. Cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
