Ingredients
-
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. lo-cal sweetener
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
3/4 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. canola oil
3 oz. cooked shrimp
4 oz. tofu Shirataki noodles, whatever type you want
Chives, for garnish
Directions
Make sure your shrimp are cooked, first of all.
Make the marinade/sauce for the noodles by combining the soy sauce, sweetener, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and canola oil.
The noodles can either be eaten directly out of the package or boiled for a few minutes. If you'd like to boil them, only boil them for about 3 minutes. Add them to the marinade, making sure you really mix them into the sauce. The noodles will really soak up the flavors. Add the shrimp and mix well. Garnish with chopped chives!
