Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb ground chicken
    6 oz crumbled feta
    1 tbsp ground oregano
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Tips

Weight Watchers friendly.


Directions

Preheat grill or broiler. (You can also use a George Foreman grill)

Mix all ingredients well and form into 4 individual patties.

Grill or broil patties until internal temp. of burgers reaches 165 degrees F, or about 7 to 8 min. per side.

Yields 4 servings (or 4 patties).

    You can lower the calories etc by using 93% lean turkey or chicken NOT beef. Lower the fat by using fat free feta. Omit the salt. New values approx. 195 cal, 8.1 fat, 535 sodium. Perfect. Thanks for the idea. - 3/20/09

    These were really good. I struggled the last time I tried to make turkey burgers to get them moist. I used ground turkey and tomato-basil feta, skipping the oregano and these were moist and delish. Thanks! - 6/25/07

    I cooked this with ground turkey breast and insead of the spices I add a small chopped bell pepper! I cant wait to try it with chicken though! - 3/17/09
