Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts diced
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp lime juice
    1 pkg dry chinese style noodles

Tips

I like to add steamed broccoli before serving. Can be spiced up depending heat of salsa & by adding chili peppers.


Directions

Saute chicken until cooked through. add all other ingredients except noodles, stiring well until sauce is bubbling through. Add noodles breaking apart & toss until well coated.
