Ingredients

    1/2 cup cornmeal
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup 2% milk

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into small iron skillet or baking pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on 425 degrees until browned. (about 15-20 minutes)
