Ingredients

    1 can (48oz) Tomato juice
    1 can (48oz) water
    1 package of frozen vegetables
    add additional frozen or canned(drained) vegetables that you would like
    Italian seasoning to taste

Tips

Don't be afraid to make if you don't have Italian seasoning. I have just use oregano, parsley, basil, garlic, to taste, since I like the flavor of oregano I use a lot of that.


Directions

Add tomato juice to 5quart pot. Fill tomato juice can with tap water and add to juice. Add frozen vegetables. Add additional vegetables ( optional). Add frozen meatballs (20-25).
Add Italian seasoning.
Bring to boil, then simmer for aprox 30 min or longer. Makes sure that the meatballs are heated thoroughly.

Serving Size: Make aprox 6-8 1 1/2 cup servings
