Preheat oven to 350
Line baking sheet with heavy duty foil and place three pats of butter, 2 tbsp total, in the center
Clean and Season Fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice
Place garlic in cavity with lemon and seasoning
place two lemon slices on top of fish and close foil around fish
Bake for 45 minutes and serve
