Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    All purpose flour, 1/4 cup
    Milk, 1%, 4 cup
    Bread, 1 slice
    Parmesan, grated 1/4 cup
    Italian Seasoning, 1/2 tsp
    Red Pepper flackes 1/2 tsp
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (12.5 oz), drained
    Keto, Pasta Shells, 20 shells

Directions

Brown onion in olive oil. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook about 3 minutes until thickened and bubbling. Combine bread, parmesan and seasoning in food processor until fine crumbs. Combine half the sauce with spinach and tuna and fill each shell with 2 tablespoons. Place in 9"x13" dish, top with remaining sauce and breadcrumbs and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees until golden.
