Ingredients

    2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp margarine

Tips

adjust salt and pepper to your liking for flavour


Directions

Bring a pot of water to boil, add macaroni and cook until tender. Drain. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper, margarine, stir and heat until tomatoes are warm.

Serving Size: makes 8 0.5-cup servings.
