Ingredients

    Chicken stock, home-prepared, 8 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces
    Carrots, raw, 4 medium
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    Barilla Plus Elbows, 8 oz
    2Tblspoon Unsalted Butter

Directions

Saute chopped veggies (minus the frozen veggies) in butter until tender, but not brown. Add stock, chicken and frozen veggies and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer. With 10 minutes left in cooking time add elbows and cook until done.
