Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 60 large
Vinegar - white, 6 cups
Tips
Boil 20 eggs at a time. You can cool and peel them while the next 20 cook. The last 20 you can peel while the vinegar boils. You can also put them into quart jars, but the number of eggs or the amount of vinegar could vary.
Directions
Hard boil and shell, 60 eggs. Put in gallon jar. Heat vinegar until you get a rolling boil. Pour over eggs. Seal jar. When jar is cool, put it into the fridge for at least 1 week, 2 is better.
