    4 medium chicken breasts (or 3 large)
    1-1/4 cups Kraft Fat-Free Mayonnaise
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 cup finely diced celery
    3/4 cup finely diced onion
    2 T dried (or fresh) dill weed (can increase to taste)
    3/4 cup finely diced pecans (or walnuts if you prefer)
    1 cup chopped seedless grapes
    Salt and pepper to taste


1) Boil chicken breasts for about 20 minutes on the stovetop.

2) After chicken breasts have completely cooled, place in food processor and grind until crumbled.

3) In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, dill, celery, onion, nuts, grapes, salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly.

Spoon into plastic storage containers and refrigerate.


Makes 12 half-cup servings.
