Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts, bone and skin removed, flattened with a rolling pin
    1/2 cup grated (powdered) Parmesan cheese
    4 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
    8 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
    Garlic powder and salt


Directions

Brush cold indoor grill with oil and sprinkle 1/4 cup of the grated (powdered) Parmesan cheese over the grill,
Lay chicken on grille and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt.
Close grill and cook for 20 minutes or until almost done

Open grill and add 1 tbsp shredded Parmesan and 2 tbsp mozzarella on each breast.

allow to melt.

Serve over pasta (I like to serve it over a pesto pasta)
