Introduction

There is no added sugar in these tasty cookies and they are relatively low in calories! There is no added sugar in these tasty cookies and they are relatively low in calories!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups oats
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour, or oat flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 cup chopped nuts or raisins (I use walnuts)
    2 medium bananas mashed
    (could also use 1 cup mashed sweet potato)
    1/4 cup oil plus 1 tablespoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, mash bananas and add oil, then add to dry ingredients. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
