Ingredients

    1 cup almond flour/meal
    4 eggs
    1/4 teas salt
    1/4 teas baking soda
    1 teas vanilla extract
    2 tbl Coconut Palm Sugar or other preferred sugar
    2 tablespoons agave nectar light syrup
    1 tbl cinnamon

    Mix dry ingredients first, then add eggs and vanilla.
    Cook in Whoopie Pie maker for 3 minutes.
    Remove and add a little Aguva Nectar on top of each whoopie pie and sprinkle with cinnamon.
