Ingredients

    ground beef
    tomato sauce
    green chillies
    egg

Directions


Mix all ingredients by hand and form into a loaf. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray; add mixed loaf and back on 375 for one hour. Serving Size: makes 4 servings
