Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    ˝ C Diced Onion
    1 tsp Crushed Garlic
    1 lb (16oz) 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 Can Rotel
    2 Envelopes Sazon Goya
    1 Envelope Taco Seasoning with low sodium
    1 Tbsp Chili powder

Tips

This recipe freezes really well. Make a double recipe and freeze half for another day!


Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the beef and crumble. Cook until no pink remains. Reduce heat to medium and add Rotel and seasonings. Cook on medium-low until the tomatoes are soft and all of the flavors have combined. This can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour, the longer it cooks, the better it will be.

Serve warm with tortillas, salad, chips, potatoes, and more! Let your imagination take control!
