Ingredients

Berry Mixture:
4-3/4 C Mixed berries, defrosted
1/3 C Sugar (I prefer turbinado)
1/2 T. lemon juice
2 t. lemon zest
1-1/4 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. cinnamon
Cobbler topping:
3 T. sugar (turbinado)
3 T. coconut oil
2 eggs, small (or 1 egg and 1 egg white if large)
3/4 C almond flour (almond meal)
1/2 C + 1 T coconut flour
1-1/2 t. baking powder
pinch salt
1/3 C low fat evaporated milk

Wonderful with whipped cream!
Directions
preheat oven to 350F
spray 9x9 pan with olive oil cooking spray
mix sugar with cornstarch, place berries, sugar with cornstarch, lemon juice, zest, cinnamon in pan or casserole dish, let sit about 30 min.
in bowl whisk flours, baking powder, salt
in small bowl cream sugar and coconut oil
add sugar with coconut oil into flours alternating with milk until just moistened
take large spoonfuls and drop the batter over the berry mix
cook for 30 minutes or until nicely browned
