For when you don't have cornmeal... For when you don't have cornmeal...
Number of Servings: 16


    1 c. Cream of Wheat (regular not instant)
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk*
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 tbsp. cooking oil


Mix all together and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

*I used 1/2 cup of soymilk and 1/2 cup of whole milk. Use lowfat milk to make a lower calorie bread.

Serving Size: Makes 16 servings.
