Ingredients

    10 oz. can Rotel Tomatoes
    32 oz. Tomato Juice
    29 oz can Pinto Beans
    2 cup Beef Boullion
    16 oz. ground beef, browned
    16 oz frozen green beans
    32 oz Oriental stir-fry vegetables
    16 oz water

    Mix all ingredients and heat. This gets better as it is reheated. I like making it on the weekend and it will last through the busy work week.
    Any frozen vegetables can be used, choose your favorites.
