Ingredients

    *Minute Miso, 2Tbsp
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Corn Starch 1.5 Tbsp
    White Wine, 1 fl oz (or use dry sherry)
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp (or to taste)
    Granulated Sugar, 1 Tbsp.

    red pepper flakes - optional - to taste. I left them out of the recipe to make it kid friendly, then added them at the table to my dish.

    For spicier sauce, add chili-garlic sauce to taste

    the minute miso subs for chicken stock, if you want to make a non-vegan version

Directions

mix together, making sure corn starch is incorporated. Heat until boiling and thickened.
