1 1/2 large red tomatoes
1/3 cucumber not peeled but seeds removed
1/4 spanish onion
1/4 green bell pepper, seeds removed
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tsp of vigin olive oil
salt to taste
water or ice
Directions
You need a very good blender. Place all ingredients coarsely chopped in blender except water or ice. Blend at highest speed. It should become a puree. If you are going to have it later you can add between 2 and 3 cups of cold water, blend again and place in the fridge to serve chilled.
If you are going to have it immediately, you can substitute water for ice and blend again until completely dissolved.
