Directions

Combine warm water, yeast and sugar set aside. Mix flour and salt. When yeast mixture begins to bubble add to dry ingredients and knead until combined form into a dough ball. Let dough rest in an oiled bowl for 30-60 minutes until dough rises. Punch down and knead again; divide into 4 pieces. Roll into a long tube, form pretzel and place on cookie sheet. Let dough rest for 5-30 minutes. Bake at 450 degrees F for approximately 10 minutes. makes 4 servings
