Ingredients

1 heaping cup of cooked frozen broccoli.
2 packages Lipton side kicks 4 cheese spaghetti, prepared.
2 cans flaked light tuna in water.
2 peices of toast(almost burnt)
A dash of salt and pepper.
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions (omit the butter or margarine for a more diet friendly dish)
Cook broccoli, and mash into smaller peices.
Toast 2 peices of bread, very dark, then using fine side of the grater make into crumbs, and set aside.
Grate the cheese, using the fine side of your grater. Add half the cheese to the pasta, and save the rest.
Open both cans of tuna and mix in with pasta.
Add broccoli, and mix into pasta as well.
Pour mixture into an oven safe casserol dish and add bread crumbs, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on the top.
broil for 5 mins or until golden brown, and serve.
