Introduction

Ingredients

    Beans, navy, 2 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Ham, regular (11% fat), .10 cup, diced (remove)
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)

Directions

Soak/rinse the dry beans according to the instructions.
After the beans are soaked and rinsed, throw them in a pot with everything else. Let simmer until beans are appropriately tender. Add salt as needed.

Serving Size: 8-10 bowls full.
