    1/2 Banana
    1/2 C Frozen Strawberries
    1/4 C Milk
    At least 2 TBS Tempt Hemp Protien Powder

Directions

Cut up your banana and place ALL ingrediants in a blender! This also works well with almond Milk or any other milk substitute!
