cajun spices
2 oz lemon juice
2 tbsp mayonnaise
garlic, 2 cloves, diced

Makes 4 servings of approximately 4 oz of salmon
pre-heat oven to 350
combine all ingredients except salmon in small bowl, mix well
use cooking oil spray (like pam) to coat a baking dish well
place salmon fillet skin side down, rub mixture into salmon
cook covered for 15 minutes, uncover and cook for an additional 15 minutes
