Introduction

This is my version of fruit pizza. The nutritional information is only for the crust and the cream cheese spread. You can add whatever fruit you like to this pizza. Ingredients

    8 oz Strawberry Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
    1 roll of Refridgerated Sugar Cookie Dough
    1/3 c. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions

In a 11X17 cookie sheet, press out the sugar cookie dough to cover the whole pan. Bake it in the oven at 375 F for about 13 minutes (cooking time may vary). Let cool. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Cut up your fruit. When the cookie is cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top and then add the fruit.
