Introduction

Peel and cube Sweet Potato, place in 32 oz container of carrot juice bring to boil, cook until potato is soft, allow to cool, place in blender and blend until smooth add cinnamon to taste.     I 32 OZ container of Bolthouse Farms Carrot Juice
    2 Large Sweet Potato
    2 tbsp Cinnamon (optional)

Tips

I use alot of cinnamon, but it can be a little spicy, add cinnamon to your taste.


Directions

Bring Carrot Juice and cubed Sweet Potato to a boil until potato is tender. Allow to cool. Add cinnamon and place in Blender and blend until smooth.
