Introduction

This is great in wraps, sandwiches, salads or plain! This is great in wraps, sandwiches, salads or plain!

Ingredients

    2 cans of Tuna
    1/2 an apple chopped
    1/2 cup almonds chopped
    1/2 cup celery chopped
    1/2 oz raisins
    2 tbsp mayonnaise

Tips

This is great in wraps, sandwiches, salads or plain! For those of you not watching carbs try serving it with cold cous cous and avocado.


Directions

Drain water from canned tuna. To get rid of excess sodium I like to run fresh water over the tuna and drain once more.
Combine tuna with mayonnaise in a bowl.
Chop desired amount of ingredients. I like mine crunchy so I add a lot of apples, almonds, and celery but you can alter the amount to your taste.
Mix everything together and enjoy!
