Ingredients

    32 oz Southern style hash browns (thawed)
    32 oz Chicken Broth
    1/4 cup onion
    1 Cup Nonfat Milk
    3 Tbsp Corn startch
    2 Cups Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese

    Green onions and Real Bacon Bits for garnish.

Directions

Dice onion. add onion, hash browns, chicken broth to crock pot. Set crock pot to low and cook 6-8 hours. 30 minutes prior to serving, Mix milk and corn startch in a bowl. Add milk mixture to crockpot. Mix in Cheese and stir until completely melted. Serve with green onions and real bacon bits on top.
