Introduction

This Cardiac Diet is used for heart patients who need to loose weight in a hurry before having surgery.

In 3 days you can loose as much as 10 lbs.

You MUST Follow The Rules!! This diet works as a chemical breakdown and is proven to work.
DO NOT VARY THE AMOUNTS OR MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS TO THE DIET MENU!

1. You are allowed a diet soda or tea with sweetner on this diet.

2. Salt and Pepper can be used, but no other seasoning.

3. Use this diet for 3 consecutive days per week.

4. After 3 days of dieting, you can eat your usual food.
DO NOT OVER EAT!!

5. After 4 days of normal eating, start back on your 3 day diet.

    1 T Peanut Butter

    Lunch
    1/2 c Tuna
    1 Slice Toast

    Dinner
    2 Slices -3 oz of any meat
    1 c String Beans
    1 c Carrots of Beets
    1 small Apple
    1 c Vanilla Ice Cream

    1 Slice Toast
    1/2 Banana
    Black Coffee or Tea

    Lunch
    1 c Cottage Cheese or 1/2 c Tuna
    5 Saltine Crackers

    2 Wieners
    1 c Cabbage or Broccoli
    1/2 c Carrots or Turnip Greens
    1/2 Banana
    1 c Vanilla Ice Cream

    This does work. The only reason I gained it back was because of an injury to my back. I'm back on it, already down 5 pounds in 5 days. If you follow the diet and don't cheat and don't binge on the days off, you will lose it and keep it off. - 9/4/15

    Yes, I have tried this diet. While the food combination are unusual it worked. My first week I lost 6 lbs. I chose to do the diet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & sometimes I repeated day 1 for Thursday.
    I was on it for a month and lost 15 lbs my first month. I felt great and everyone noticed.

    What an absolute load of Bull. You may incidentally lose 10 pounds due to emptying the bowels of excessive food and less glycogen bonding of water weight, but that is it. In no way shape or form is this an eating plan to successfully burn fat - 9/12/14
