Ingredients

    * 4 Cups - Bird's Eye Broccoli Florets
    * 2 - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    * 1 Can - Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    * 1.3 Cup - Skim Milk
    * 1/2 Cup - Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    * 2 Tbls - Bread crumbs

Tips

You could also use cut up chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken

Also you could substitute Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Celery Soup


Directions

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings

1 Cook broccoli florets (steam in microwave)

2 Cut up chicken and cook of in a skillet with a little cooking spray

2 Place the broccoli and chicken into a 9-inch pie plate.

3 Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with the cheese. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the cheese.

4 Bake at 450°F. for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.
