    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped (remove)
    *1/2 oz. shredded mozarella cheese, 1 serving (remove)
    Mission , Low Carb Whole Wheat Burrito Size Tortilla, 1 serving (remove)

Tips

To make it warmer and a little more restaurant-like, put in a panini maker to toast.


Directions

Serving Size: makes 3 tortillas

*Bake chicken breast in oven on 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is no longer pink.
*Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mustard, mayo, and spices.
*Chop chicken into small pieces when it is cooked and mix it into yogurt mixture along with 2 cups spinach.
*Place remaining spinach on a tortilla with mozzarella cheese.
