Ingredients

    1 package 93% ground turkey
    1 steamer bag Archer farms cilantro rice with corn
    1 package Frontera Cilantro lime chili fajita seasoning
    1/2 bag Trader Joes frozen peppers & onions

Tips

A little slower simmer takes longer to cook but ensures great flavor!


Directions

Cook rice in microwave, according to directions.
Begin browning ground turkey, add seasoning packet about halfway through.
Add peppers/onion and any other desired vegetable once turkey is mostly cooked.
Continue to simmer to desired consistency/taste.
